The HE Administrative Centre performs supportive administrative tasks for the Faculty of Health within the fields of HR, estates management, finance, IT, communication, international activities, and PhD and studies administration.
HE Estates Facilities deals with building-related issues, building maintenance, cleaning, gardening tasks, etc.
HR is responsible for pay, labour law issues, organisational development, occupational health and safety, and skills development.
The department staff work with the operation, support and development of IT systems and telephony, as well as the administration of the mail and calendar system.
The Communication department is responsible for internal and external communication, and is coordinator for the Health website.
The department organises and administrates teaching and examinations for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes at Health, although not the clinical section.
The finance department is responsible for areas such as travel expense reports, accounting records, accounts and project finance management.
