Leave without pay for force majeure in the event of illness or accident in the family

An employee is entitled to unpaid leave as a result of force majeure when compelling family reasons arise in the event of illness or accident, making the employee’s immediate presence urgently necessary.

 

In the event of any inconsistency between the Danish and English language versions of the document, the Danish version prevails.
