Registration of remaining holiday

Registration of remaining holiday – holidays not taken and any special holidays not taken

An employee may transfer a maximum of five ordinary holidays as well as any special holidays not taken to the next holiday year.

The transfer of remaining holiday is subject to prior written agreement with the immediate superior.

A specific plan for taking the remaining holiday transferred must also be agreed on.

You must enter into the agreement with your immediate superior as soon as possible, and at the latest on 30 September.


Payment of remaining holiday – and special holidays

In special cases – due to a holiday obstacle (own illness, maternity, paternity and adoption leave etc.) it may be agreed that holiday/remaining holiday be paid out.

This is also subject to written agreement with the immediate superior.

Any agreement on payment of special holidays is also subject to written agreement with the immediate superior.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Danish and English language versions of the document, the Danish version prevails.
