Editing personal data

What is employee master data?

Employee master data is used for e.g.  employee administrative systems, employee lists on AU's websites, in PURE and on your personal website.

When you have a registered email address at AU you also have a personal website. You can find your personal website by searching your name on www.au.dk/en/findperson.

Your personal website will as a minimum include the following:

  • Name
  • Unit
  • Address, building number, room number
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Function title

Your name will generally be your full name (as stated in the civil registration register). You can change it (remove any middle names which you do not use etc.) by changing your display name.
