The Technology Transfer Office has published a guide to employees at Aarhus University, Aarhus University Hospital and Central Denmark Region. The guide is organized to answer the most common questions we typically encounter from the research community and is organised to give a broad overview of the technology transfer process and the services available to researchers. You can access the guide by selecting the link in the right-hand menu or downloading it as a pdf file from the link below. You can find more technology transfer-related information in the menu to the right. You are of course also welcome to contact the Technology Transfer Office with any questions you may have.

Once the form is filled out, it should be signed and sent to the Technology Transfer Office .You must use the Invention Disclosure Form if you are an employee at the University of Aarhus, Aarhus University Hospital or Central Denmark Region.To begin, select the language in which you wish to open the form or instructions in.

The university’s website is being redesigned. The design and content will therefore change, and you may experience for a while that old and new sections are mixed together, and that the content is not in its usual place.

We hope that the new website will make up for any inconvenience, and that you will enjoy greater coherence throughout and find the website simpler to use.

Why are we making a mess?

In the time ahead, you will notice a mixture of old and new designs in the pages on the website.

In spring 2011, Aarhus University’s nine main academic areas were reduced to four, and the fifty-five departments became twenty-six. This was to unify the organisation and to strengthen the university’s interdisciplinary approach. We are now following suit by restructuring the entire website to ensure more coherence in the content and design.

Such an exercise takes time – and we hope you will bear with us!

Where can I find it?

Use the new mega dropdowns to get an overview of the website’s content. They open when you run your mouse over the navigation at the top.
