If your voluntary association does not have a direct legal relationship to AU, you are responsible for how the association processes its members’ personal data.
This means that the association is the data controller for the processing of personal data carried out by the association.

If your voluntary association has entered into an agreement with AU that might have an impact on the association’s processing of personal data, you can contact your AU contact person in order to clarify who is responsible for the processing of personal data.
