Requests for Facility Management - Dalux HelpDesk

Each day, Health Facility Management receives many tasks from the users of the faculty’s buildings, i.e. from you. These tasks vary a great deal and are reported to us both in person, in writing and by phone. This can be difficult to deal with during a busy working day.

To provide the best possible service and prioritise the tasks correctly, we will now begin using a new system which we hope you will welcome and help us to implement.

Notify us of faulty lights and dripping taps via the Dalux HelpDesk app

As some of you have no doubt noticed, small QR codes have been placed on many of the door plates at Health:

In future, you will need to use these when reporting tasks to facility management via the app. In the app, you can give us information about everything from a defective light to cleaning issues and needing help with moving.

When you report a task in the app, you also receive a link so you can follow the status of your task.

Help us to help you

From 1 July 2020, Health Facility Management will prioritise tasks that are reported via the app. We hope for your understanding.

No phone? No problem!

Please find a brief guide to the app in Danish and English attached to the right on this page. If you have any questions about the app or the guide, you are welcome to ring or send an email to adgang.he@au.dk
