To use NemID to log in to WISEflow, you must first log on to mit.au.dk using your NemID. This “links” NemID to your profile, and you can then use NemID to log in to WISEflow. Click here for a detailed guide.

To log on to WISEflow, you have to use your WAYF login (see above). Your WAYF login is the same user name and password that you use to log on to mit.au.dk.
If you have not used WAYF before, you will be asked to create a password. You do that by logging on to mit.au.dk using your NemID. In the menu below your name, you will see the option to change your password. Type in the password you wish to use for your WAYF login. Then you must log out of mit.au.dk and close the browser before you begin logging on to WISEflow.
You can now log on to WISEflow and other services that use WAYF login. You should use your AU ID (au1234) as your user name.

Lecturers and co-examiners will receive an email from the secretaries at Aarhus BSS Studies Administration and will also receive automatic notifications from the WISEflow system. Click here to get the email template.
It has been decided that the person responsible for setting up the exam flow is also in charge of ensuring that all co-examiners, lecturers and students are notified that the exam flow is now available - see agreement on interfaces and procedures for members of administrative staff.fileadmin/www.medarbejdere.au.dk/hovedomraader/Business_and_Social_Sciences/WISEflow/Informationsmateriale/Snitflader_mellem_institutter_og_studier_pa___BSS_06-05-2014_2.docx The co-examiners and lecturers are notified about the exam flow as usual, and the lecturer may be asked to notify the students. If the students hand in a paper as part of a group, then you must follow these guidelines for group exams.
All employees at AU are automatically created as users in WISEflow the moment they log on to the system through WAYF. When the user has been “activated”, it is possible to search for that person in WISEflow. We therefore recommend that employees who intend to use WISEflow log in as soon as possible using their WAYF login.
If you are an examination administrator and need to assign an internal examiner to an exam flow, you should make sure that the person in question has logged in and the user has been activated. Only then will you be able to search for that person in the system and assign him or her to the exam flow.
If it is not possible to get the employee to log in (e.g. external examiners), you may also submit this spreadsheet to the WISEflow team, who will set the person up as a user of WISEflow.
Before you send a request to the WISEflow team, you should try to search for the person in WISEflow using the person's AU ID.

As soon as an external co-examiner has been registered in IDM and has received an AU ID, he/she can also be registered as a user in WISEflow. fileadmin/www.medarbejdere.au.dk/studieadministration/WISEflow/Vejledninger/2-template.xlsxmpals@au.dkRegistration takes place by filling out this spreadsheet and submitting it to the WISEflow team (mpals@au.dk), who will then register the user in WISEflow. Once this is done, the external co-examiner can be assigned to an exam flow. In order for external co-examiners to be able to access WISEflow, however, they must register through mit.au.dk. For more detailed guidelines see the section on “Co-examiners".

At some examinations, the students’ papers have to be distributed to several different assessors. You do this by following these steps:
If you need to add more participants to the exam flow afterwards, then you should make sure to assign assessors to them as well.
If the students already know who will be assessing their exam papers, it is possible to insert an additional field on the official front page, and the students will automatically be assigned the correct examiners.

In some cases, the student may have to submit his/her exam paper via a USB flash drive instead of through WISEflow. Should this need arise, the student must fill out a form describing the reason for having to hand in via USB. Then follows a process to ensure that the paper is registered correctly in WISEflow. Read the details in this document. fileadmin/www.medarbejdere.au.dk/hovedomraader/Business_and_Social_Sciences/WISEflow/Vejledninger/2DokTilAfleveringPaaUSB.docx
