WISEflow can be accessed via au.wiseflow.dk.
There are two ways to log on to the system:
To log on to WISEflow, you have to use your WAYF login (see above). Your WAYF login is the same user name and password that you use to log on to mit.au.dk.
If you have not used WAYF before, you will be asked to create a password. You do that by logging on to mit.au.dk using your NemID. In the menu below your name, you will see the option to change your password. Type in the password you wish to use for your WAYF login. Then you must log out of mit.au.dk and close the browser before you begin logging on to WISEflow.
You can now log on to WISEflow and other services that use WAYF login. You should use your AU ID (au1234) as your user name.
It is recommended that you set up WISEflow to send you e-mails with notifications.
If the students hand in a paper as part of a group, then you must follow these guidelines for group exams.
All employees at AU are automatically created as users in WISEflow the moment they log on to the system through WAYF. When the user has been “activated”, it is possible to search for that person in WISEflow. We therefore recommend that employees who intend to use WISEflow log in as soon as possible using their WAYF login.
If you are an examination administrator and need to assign an internal examiner to an exam flow, you should make sure that the person in question has logged in and the user has been activated. Only then will you be able to search for that person in the system and assign him or her to the exam flow.
If it is not possible to get the employee to log in (e.g. external examiners), you may also submit this spreadsheet to the WISEflow team, who will set the person up as a user of WISEflow.
Before you send a request to the WISEflow team, you should try to search for the person in WISEflow using the person's AU ID.
If the students already know who will be assessing their exam papers, it is possible to insert an additional field on the official front page, and the students will automatically be assigned the correct examiners.
Should you have any questions about how to log in, the functionalities of the program and so on, you should contact the support team:

No lecturers will not receive hard-copy versions of the exam papers. If there is a need to print the exam papers, it is up to the department to decide whether this should be a priority, taking into account the financial circumstances and resources.
