Aarhus University has finalised a supplemental agreement regarding conference venues which can be used along with the state agreement. The supplemental agreement is effective from 1 September 2019 to 31 December 2022.
The framework agreement contains three larger conference venues in Aarhus (incl overnight stay), three larger conference venues in Aarhus (excl overnight stay) and ten conference venues in selected councils around Aarhus. Please note that the conference venue agreement should not be used in case you only wish to book overnight stays – in which case the applicable hotel agreement should be used.
