At CWT's website, there is a description of their app CWT To Go. The app can be downloaded for a number of smartphones and tablet computers. The traveller can through this app find information on their journey, whether there are any delays, a description of the destination - and much more.

EU Passenger rights

Have you experienced delays and cancellations? Do you have special mobility needs? As an air, rail, ship or bus passenger, you have rights when travelling in the EU.

The European Commission's Passenger rights.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Government's travel insurance does not include coverage of cancellations, neither concerning travels nor conference fees etc., which is why it does not cover circumstances caused by the the outbreak of COVID-19 either.

As stated on AU’s website on precautions regarding the disease, COVID-19 is considered a force majeure. If you experience any annulments of conferences, travels etc., due to the outbreak, the outcome of coverage depends on the agreement behind individual order, such as the payment conditions for said order, and the supplier’s refund policy and so forth. Thus, as previously mentioned, the government’s travels insurance does not offer coverage on cancellations connected to the COVID-19.

AU's website with instructions and recommendations in connection with coronavirus will be updated ongoingly - https://medarbejdere.au.dk/en/corona/.

For more information and guidance about COVID-19 impact on international travel, go to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark’s website.
