Advisory meeting

There will not be held any advisory interviews from December 1 th 2022 until after the 15th of January 2023, due to the Year-End in the Accounts Department. However, you can already book your interview for succeeding dates, from today. 

If you need more in-depth advice regarding your posting and grant, please book a meeting with us.

What information do we need?

First and foremost, we need a copy of your grant, if you are that far along in the process. If not, then a budget estimate.

We also need personal information from you about the posting, such as:

  • Where are you going?
  • How long will you be away?
  • Is your family joining you?
  • What is going to happen with your housing in Denmark?


The meeting

The meeting can take place at our location at Trøjborgvej 82-84, 8000 Aarhus C or can be selected as Teams or Zoom meeting.

Within 14 days from your request we will try to accommodate a meeting.

The meeting will last approximately 30 minutes. You will receive the minutes from the meeting with the topics we have talked about within seven working days.
