Coaching about SDD

This individual coaching session is based on your knowledge of and experience with SDD - and is therefore relevant whether you are to conduct your first SDD at AU or would like a "brush-up" on the concept and your role as a manager.

Learning outcome

After the course, you will know more about:

  • How to conduct good SDDs on the basis of AU's SDD concept
  • How to successfully give (and receive) constructive development feedback
  • What tools to master in order to maximise the benefits of your SDDs
  • How to handle predictable and unpredictable elements in development dialogues, including disagreements, surprises and difficult topics
