Use the results

When the WPA results are available, as a manager you will be in charge of translating the data into specific, targeted initiatives for a good work environment.

You do this by understanding the report, involving employees, local collaboration and the occupational health and safety committee, prioritising, drawing up an action plan and (in particular) following up regularly. The WPA is a tool in your day-to-day management, and you will get the most out of it if you incorporate occupational health and safety work as a natural part of your other activities, meetings and initiatives.

Follow these four steps for a good process:
