Additional national and international rules and declarations

In recent years, international guidelines and recommendations have been developed with the aim of promoting research integrity. 3 widely recognised documents are of particular importance:

  • The Singapore Statement on Research Integrity (written at The 2nd World Conference on Research Integrity 2010)
  • The Montreal Statement on Research Integrity in Cross-Boundary Research Collaborations (written at The 3rd World Conference on Research Integrity 2013)
  • The European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity (written by The European Science Foundation and All European Academies in 2011)
