We recommend that you have all material and attachments ready before you begin filling out the form. In the event that the report concerns plagiarism, the text containing the plagiarism as well as the text which has been plagiarised must be submitted. Relevant passages must be precisely marked and cross-referenced (for example, by using a plagiarism screening tool).

Note that a maximum of five attachments may be uploaded. If the case involves more than five attachments, we recommend uploading all material in a single .zip file (max. 25 Mb).

In the event that it is necessary to submit sensitive personal information in connection with the report, it may be sent to legal@au.dk from an AU email account. Otherwise, it should be submitted via e-Boks or secure email.

*In the event that the report concerns pressure on freedom of research, an effort to resolve the case must have been made at the relevant faculty, where relevant with the assistance of one of the university’s advisers on the responsible conduct of research and freedom of research before the case is brought before the Research Practice Committee.
