Guidelines for orientation week

Orientation week programme will begin on 24 August in accordance with the guidelines form the Ministry of Higher Education and Science (in Danish only). .

The programme will be affected by the COVID-19 situation. More specifically, this means that:

  • Introduction activities are to take place on campus as far as possible, but in smaller groups and in compliance with social distancing guidelines.
  • There will be no parties, and no alcohol will be consumed in connection with orientation week activities.
  • There will be no weekend trips in 2020. The individual degree programmes decide whether to schedule them at a later date or to use the funds for other orientation week activities.
  • A new online orientation week programme, Study@AU, will supplement the in-person programme (you will find it on Blackboard).

New students will be informed directly about their orientation week programme.
