Aarhus BSS welcomes students back to campus

As of Wednesday 24 June Aarhus BSS opens up for return of students to the physical surroundings of the university on campus as needed.

Due to a political agreement on the reopening of study facilities, students will be able to use reading rooms, group rooms, libraries etc. during the summer. The reopening of study facilities at Aarhus BSS will take place according to the following plan:

 





From Wednesday 24 June 2020 to Thursday 25 June 2020

  • Access to the buildings from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. both days. The buildings will only be accessible during these opening hours.
  • Access to the libraries from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; staff will be there from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Please note:
    • At the northeast corner, there will be access to the recesses in 1325, prehistoric in 1322 and the Ambulatory.
    • At Fuglesangs Allé, there will be access to the S building.
    • At BTECH, there will only be access to the library.
  • Classrooms are only used for exams. Classrooms not used to exams will be locked.  
  • Open areas are supplied with signs and disinfectants, and physical presence in the buildings must take place according the guidelines of the authorities.

From Friday 26 June 2020

  • All student access cards will be reopened as normal, which means that students will have access to the buildings and rooms that they normally have access to.
  • External and internal doors will again be open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. At other hours, only access with student card.
