Delivery of library materials in PDF format
Students and employees at Aarhus BSS and Arts can now order PDF copies of physical library materials from the Royal Danish Library’s own collections.

The service applies for the rest of the COVID-19 lockdown period. The aim is to support students and employees who are currently doing their exams, Bachelor’s projects, Master’s thesis or other teaching and research assignments.
What material can you order?
To minimise the spread of coronavirus, AU Library only has limited possibilities for opening up for the delivery of chapters and articles from physical books or journals.
This means that the service is limited to the existing copyright agreements with CopyDan.
How do you order?
To order PDF copies, please fill in this form: https://kub.kb.dk/specialservice
The library will then find the requested material, send you a PDF file or make the material available via the university’s LMS system. This means that you can access the material online.
It may take up to 1 week to process your request.
