1) Establishment of the new board
The new board consists of 7 members (Annette Agerdal-Hjermind, Svend Søborg, Amin Alavi, Jonas Kretzschmar Fink, Kim Lilholt Ruggaard, Laura Hammerschmidt Jensen and Jacob Jensen).
Jacob Jensen was re-elected as Chairman, and Laura Hammerschmidt Jensen was re-elected as Vice Chairman.

- Excursion to Mols Bjerge with horse riding + nature guide (May)
- Guided tour of Aarhus Stadium combined with football match (May)
- Clown and ice cream (June)
- Football night in Klubben (June)

3) Preliminary planning of events in the autumn
- Excursion to Cirkus Summarum, 50 tickets were sold in a few hours (August)

- Farm visit, autumn fair (2 September)
- Derby event (August/September/October)
- Excursion to "Hedeselskabet" in Viborg?

4) Other things?
Unfortunately, quite a few people had registered for the general assembly and champagne tasting and didn't show up without even giving a notice. It's an annoying unnecessary additional cost to the association and the board decided that in the future there will also be a symbolic payment to participate in the tasting event in connection with the general assembly to ensure that as many as possible show up when they've registered.
The board will meet again after the summer vacation.
