Knowledge Hubs are key to Circle U's academic activities. The Knowledge Hubs will be physical and virtual spaces for students and staff to co-create knowledge and solutions across disciplines with external stakeholders and find new ways of working together.

The Democracy Knowledge Hub will be working on themes like sustainable democracies, corruption and inequality. Through research projects, seminars etc., AU researchers and students will have the opportunity to gain international experience and contribute to the strengthening of democracy both at home and abroad. 

Ass. professor Lars Johannsen of the Dept. of Political Sciences will be the academic chair representing AU in the Democracy Knowledge Hub.
