Circle U. is continously updating its event calendar with new opportunities for researchers, students and administrative employees.
Students and PhD-students from all academic fields can now take part in the second edition of Circle U.'s Sustainable Change-Makers-program. The programme starts on 27 September 2023. It runs fully online and consists of a two-hour webinar on every Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM. It ends with a compulsory final event in Louvain (Belgium) on 11– 13 December 2023.
The webinars are tailor-made for students who want to change the world through projects that meet the needs of today without compromising those of future generations. It is therefore a question of addressing the sustainability challenges through innovation processes. The webinars include topics such as entrepreneurship, pitching, innovation, critical thinking and case solving, artificial intelligence, nanotechnologies.

Students at the universities in Circle U. can sign up for courses at the other universities in the alliance. Circle U. focuses on four academic fields - Climate, Global health, Democracy, and Language and culture - but you can only sign up for courses in other fields at AU's eight Circle U. partner .
If you find a course that you're interested in, please contact the international coordinator at your degree programme (via your study portal).
Students at Circle U. universities can now apply for up to EUR 5,000 for student political study trips, development of cultural activities, podcasts, etc. The projects must involve partnres from at least 3 Circle U. universities.
The application deadline is 15 October 2023 and the funding period is 1 December 2023 – 30. september 2024.
Circle U. is planning to establish a network for female entrepreneurs (researchers and students). The female founder network will be run under the auspices of the Circle U. har planer om at etablere et netværk for kvindelige iværksættere (både forskere og studerende). Female Founder Network will be run under the auspices of the Student-led Sustainable Innovation work package.
Circle U. is backed by the student network Circle U. Student Union (CUSU), which consists of student representatives from all Circle U. universities. CUSU protects the students’ interests and participates in various decision-making bodies to ensure that the students have a say in the strategic direction of Circle U.
