Make delicious street food with the Staff Association
We will tickle our taste buds to the fullest by making five different kinds of street food.

Time
On the menu, you’ll find:
- Pulled spicy salmon with mango salsa
- Killer ribs with home-made BBQ sauce with apple/mint relish
- Roasted red pepper soup cooked with chicken
- Philly beef steak sandwich with red onion marmalade and smoked cheddar
- White chocolate panna cotta with mango coulis, fresh mango and caramelised almonds
(minor changes to the menu may occur)
Programme:
- 17.20 We meet at Frederiksbjerg Skole (specific room will follow)
- 17.30 – 21.00 We cook and dine together
- 21.00-21.30 We clear up
Prices:
- DKK 100 for members of the Staff Association
- DKK 300 for companions
