mitHR

mitHR is AU’s new HR management solution that will replace AUHRA and ProMark. mitHR will consolidate most HR-related staff data, administrative tasks, and project timeregistration in a single system used by the entire university. mitHR is for all employees, managers and staff with HR responsibilities.

How mitHR will be rolled out across AU

From 1 March 2023, everyone at AU will have access to mitHR. Employees at TECH will be able to access the system from 25 January 2023. Not all staff at AU will be expected to use the self-service functions in mitHR in the same way. Your local manager will be able to clarify how you should use these functions.

  • To begin with, you will be able to access functions such as holiday and absence, terms of employment, reporting relationship, organisational affiliation and contact to union representatives.
  • Throughout 2023, more functions will be added to mitHR, such as staff development dialogues and salary.

Transitional period until 1 March 2023

AU’s former HR system, AUHRA, was closed on 6 January 2023. Until 1 March 2023, when mitHR will be accessible to everyone at AU, you will not be able to see updated holiday and absence information on mit.au.dk. Please ask the person responsible for registering absence in your unit if you wish to know your holiday balance.

Employees at TECH will be able to see their holiday balance in mitHR from 25 January 2023.
