  • Single Sign On to RejsUd and IndFak

    • Single Sign On to RejsUd and IndFak

      You must be logged on to AU network or AnyConnect and we recommend that you use Google Chrome Internet browser and this internet address.

      We use SingleSignOn (SSO) and you need to verify with two-factor recognition.

      Instructions
      First time you log on to RejsUd and IndFak via Single Sign On (SSO), you need to make yourself known.

    • 1. Type the address: https://sso.indfak2.dk/adfs/ in your browser

    • 2. Type in your username in the format AUxxxxxx@uni.au.dk

    • 3. Next time you choose the internet address https://sso.indfak2.dk/adfs/ you will be logged in automatically

      Precondition for SSO

    • use the internetaddress: https://sso.indfak2.dk/adfs/

    • your username in RejsUd and IndFak in the format AUxxxxxx@uni.au.dk.

    • you must be logged on to AU network or AnyConnect

      Log on to RejsUd link: https://IndFak2.dk

      IndFak users must log in as usual.

      For non-IndFak users:
      Username is the extended AU standard version: AUxxxxxx@uni.au.dk - Replace xxxxxx with your unique AU ID number. For example: AU404174@uni.au.dk

      Click  

      Check your username and confirm that you are not a robot.


      Click Send.

      You will then receive an email with a link to a website where you can write a new password.
      The link is active for 20 minutes.

      Please note, a strong password must contain: 

    • at least eight characters

    • both upper-case and lower-case letters

    • at least one number

    • at least one symbol such as: !”#¤%&/()=

  • How am I notified about rejected/returned settlement forms?

      If Travel Expense Accounts rejects a settlement form it returns to your “Drafts”. If Travel Expense Accounts adjusts/correct your form, it returns to “Forms for Signing”

      It is possible to get an e-mail notification if your settlement forms are rejected/returned. Click on the green airplane symbol to the left; then select My Settings at the bottom. Under the "Notification" tab, select the desired notifications.

      If you, as the Secretary, is missing a traveler on your list, please contact Financial Control by email: oeksystemer@au.dk.  

      Remember to mention for whom you are a Secretary.

      You can view all your credit card transactions in the transaction archive, which you gain access to by clicking on the last green button in RejsUd.

      You can find information about Case and Case number (project and activity number) on the page “Konteringsvejlendinger” (Posting guides).

      Please note that Case and Case number are the same as Project and Activity number in the former travel and reimbursement system AURUS.

      Click on the white "person icon" in the upper right corner and choose "Edit my profile".
      At the top of the page, you can now change your password.

      Please note, a strong password must contain: 

      First you have to login.
      Then click on the green airplain symbol in the left menu.


      Click on ”My settings” at the bottom of the page.

       
       
      You can select or remove instant notifications and scheduled status report under the “Notification” tab.
      Instant notifications are sent by email if the two first boxes are checked. While the scheduled status report is emailed as specified.
      In this example every Friday at 8 am. These are default settings.

      Remember to save changes to you settings.
