Empower Talent at AU - register as a mentor or a mentee for the mentor scheme for academic staff. Deadline for registration is 15 May.
The mentor scheme Empower Talent! is an initiative to help retain and attract the most talented academic staff and make career paths at AU more clear.
The mentor scheme matches two members of academic staff with different levels of experience and they go through a one-year mentorship. The first ‘team’ of mentors and mentees is now approximately half-way through the programme. This spring, the second round will begin.
