Geoinfo (The Danish ESRI distributor) offers courses within all aspects of the ESRI / ArcGIS product suite with 75% discount. There are only two seats per course with discount and they are offered for all Danish universities, so you need to get your seat early. Write 'Universitets-rabat75%' in the comment field when signing up. There must be three other full-price attendees for the course to be held - and you must book 3 months in advance. Geoforum is the primary Danish community organization that gathers institutions, businesses, students and professionals occupied within the field of Geographic Information, GIS and Geodata. They arrange a variety of presentations, meet-ups and courses. Go to their website www.geoforum.dk to learn more. Note: Aarhus University holds a full membership of Geoforum, which means you can participate in some of the shorter activities for free. Most courses you will need to arrange payment for yourself.
