The higher doctoral dissertation including a summary as well as a Danish summary (if the dissertation is completed in English) should be delivered in 5 copies to:

The dissertation should be accompanied by a declaration on whether or not the dissertation has been subject to prior evaluation in view of the awarding of a higher doctoral degree.
If the higher doctoral dissertation or part of this is a result of group work, signed co-author declarations with indication of the joint authors’ respective share of the submitted publication must be attached.
If possible, diploma of master’s degree and PhD degree (external authors) should be attached.
