AU has a new travel agency
AU switched to a new travel agency on 1 May. The new agency is Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). All staff members should book their tickets through CWT instead of Via Travel from now on.
If you ordered tickets or made reservations through Via Travel before 1 May, Via will handle your trip, even if you will be travelling at a later date. If you have any questions about changes in your itinerary or other issues, you should contact Via Travel as usual.
