New opening hours for the university switchboard
The opening hours for Aarhus University’s central switchboard will change as of 1 April 2014. The switchboard will be open from 9.00 to 12 noon and from 12.30 to 14.00 on weekdays.
Starting on 1 April, calls to Aarhus University's main phone number (+45 8715 0000) outside normal opening hours will be answered by a recorded message that provides information about the switchboard’s opening hours and refers the caller to au.dk’ search function, where the direct phone numbers of AU employees can be found.
Employees will still be able to pick up insurance cards for foreign travel from the switchboard at Fuglesangs Allé 26, room 2641-127,Monday-Thursday 9.00-12.00 and 12.30-15.00 (Friday 9.00-12.00 and 12.30-14.00).
