ArcGIS 10.3 is now available from ESRI, and our talented IT-lady has made it available to the rest of the IT-department who will then make it available to the ArcGIS-software responsible people in the departments, who will then make it available to YOU! Should happen any time soon. If you don't know who to contact, look here. ESRI has yet again changed the system of software download, so bare with us...
