Get started using Esri Business Analyst Online
You’re just a few steps away from getting started. Please keep this email since it contains important information about activating and using BAO.

• Your subscription may include additional users. There’s a two step process for you to invite them to also use the app:
1. Log in here to ArcGIS Online, the platform on which BAO is based, using your BAO username and password.
2. Select “My Organization” from top navigation, then “Invite Users” and follow the prompts. This will send emails to those you invited. If you’re not an administrator on your ArcGIS Online account, you will NOT see the “Invite Users” prompt, since only administrators can invite other users. You’ll need to ask your administrator to invite others or request that your role be changed to administrator.
3. Once they’ve registered in ArcGIS Online, you can invite them to use BAO by clicking “Groups” in the top navigation within ArcGIS Online. If they haven’t completed their ArcGIS Online registration, they will not appear in the dropdown of members you can invite. Only administrators can send invitations to the BAO Group.
