Troubleshooting: Activating Extensions in ArcGIS Pro
On some computers, the extensions of ArcGIS Pro do not get activated. It is a bug which has been reported. Should you run into the problem, the workaround is to change the license type and back. With the concurrent license still active in May and June, you can use it otherwise follow the instructions for Enterprise license below. (and switch back to Online license if you prefer) You might get an error message, but it should still work.
In ArcGIS Pro
• Select "Settings"
• Select "Licensing"
• Click "Configure your licensing options"
• Select "Named User License"
• Select the "ArcGIS Enterprise" option at the bottom of the dialog box and enter in the field: https://augis.au.dk/portal/
(Requires that you been added as Enterprise user. Use https://support.au.dk/CherwellPortal/IT/One-Step/RequestGIS to get added)
• Click "OK"
• Enter your"Username" [auID including the AU]@UNI (UNI is case sensitive) and your regular Windows login password in the "Password" field. (the one you use when opening/logging into your computer)
To switch to ArcGIS online, you can use the same approach, except for using you ArcGIS online user. the URL is "https://www.arcgis.com/"
