Location
Higher doctoral dissertations at Arts should be handed to Anders Gade Jensen at Arts PhD administration.
If you would like to hand in your dissertation by physical appearance, please schedule a time for submission in order to assure that there will be a person present, who can acknowledge the delivery and give you a receipt.
It can be arranged that the dissertation is emailed, but it will depend on the format.
Regardless of the delivery there will be given a receipt.
Format
- The dissertation should be submitted in a binder. Regardless of whether the dissertation is assumed for assessment or not, the material will not be returned.
- You must hand in 5 copies and 1 summary of your dissertation.
- You have to enclose a covering letter, which shows which field of study (subject area) the dissertation covers.
- You have to enclose a document, which is verified by a signature that the dissertation has not previously been submitted for evaluation.
- The dissertation, summaries, declarations and covering letters are to be submitted as an OCR-readable pdf-file.
- If possible attach diploma of master’s degree and doctoral degree
- There must be attached signed declarations with indication of the joint authors' respective share of the submitted publication.
- If the dissertation, or parts of the dissertation, has previously undergone assessment, you are to submit a declaration explaining in detail which changes have been made in relation to the previously assessed manuscript. You are also to submit the assessment from the previous committee.
The dissertation is normally in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or English.
