Invitation to Aarhus University’s annual celebration

All employees are invited to attend Aarhus University’s annual celebration in the Concert Hall Aarhus on Friday 14 September 2012. Allocation is on a first come, first served basis, and registration opens on Wednesday 15 August.

All employees are invited to attend Aarhus University’s annual celebration in the Concert Hall Aarhus on Friday 14 September 2012 at 19.00. You can see the invitation including the programme here.

Allocation is on a first come, first served basis, and registration opens on Wednesday 15 August at 9.00 via this link: www.kongreskompagniet.dk/enmed  

At the end of the week beginning Monday 3 September, you will receive a message stating whether you have been offered a place in the Great Hall or the Symphonic Hall. If too many sign up, you will be put on a waiting list. If you have not been allocated a place in the Great Hall or the Symphonic Hall, you will be notified by e-mail about the waiting list. If you have been allocated tickets to the Great Hall or the Symphonic Hall, these will be sent by post.

Separate invitations stating the registration link were sent this week to the university management, heads of departments, centre directors, directors of studies, members of academic councils, and union representatives. For those who receive printed invitations, it is therefore important to use the link stated there.
