Danish Geodata Agency

The satellite image portal, Saccess.dk, from the Danish Geodata Agency, has been updated with new images in high resolution (0.5m) from the WorldView-2 satellite for four test areas . The images are free to use and are meant to assist in research and nature, landscape and planning management.

The four test areas are:

  • Esbjerg/Blåvandshuk
  • Southern part of Djursland and Århus
  • An area between Hillerød and Roskilde
  • An area by Flensborg Fjord

On the portal there is now national time series coverage from the 1980's and from the 2000's (from Landsat), a 2012 coverage from SPOT-5, and these new data from 2011 and 2012. All is free of charge.
