OUTDOOR WORKOUT 

Join us for an hour of working out in the open air once a week for nine weeks. 

You will been competing only with yourself as you will be working with your own strength. 

Bring an work out mat, which is allowed to lie on the ground outside.

At each workout you will be able to try a Tanita scanner (weight) at the end and beginning to test your progress during the period of these courses.
