If you want to sweat, get your heart pumping, strengthen your body, or simply have fun through movement, this is the class for you.
This class is open to all experience levels. You’ll be using your own body’s power along with equipment like kettlebells, resistance bands, and dumbbells. Each movement will be timed, with some focusing on strengthening specific areas of the body (e.g., legs and back), while others will be high-intensity exercises that really get your heart rate up.
You’re always welcome to focus on the movements that appeal to you on the day.

Description of the class:
Find calm and balance with weekly yoga. Focus on breathing, stretching, and mental well-being – a wonderful start to your workday.
It is recommended to bring: yoga mat and blanket. Belt and yoga blocks you can borrow from the staff club. It will help you perform the yoga poses correctly and thereby get the full benefit of the lesson.
