Yoga classes

Classes will start Wednesday January 17. 6 times in total every Wednesday. Classes will have a focus on Patanjali Yoga Stretching and Relaxation and will be from 3 - 4pm.

Description of the class:

Patanjali Yoga Stretching and Relaxation.

We will work with the basic yoga poses and breathing, in between we will put the yoga poses together in Flow.
There will be a focus on symmetry and straight lines, on the detail and the breath. The whole body is actively worked through with a focus on strength, mobility and balance.

It is recommended to bring: yoga mat and blanket. Belt and yoga blocks you can borrow from the staff club. It will help you perform the yoga poses correctly and thereby get the full benefit of the lesson.
