Sushi Making Class
The Foulum International Club invites you to our 1st cooking workshop in 2018. The class is open to all of the students and employees working in Foulum.

The class will be taught by our Japanese guest researchers, Teruaki and Mami Irie, wherein you will learn how to prepare the rice, to cut the fish, and to arrange the sushi.
Most of the needed ingredients and tools will be provided during the class. You just need to bring a clean, empty milk carton box.
After the class, you can enjoy your sushi with the other participants and the Irie family!
PROGRAM:
1645 H: Introduction to Sushi
1700 H: Distribution of ingredients, tools
1715 H: Sushi making workshop
1815 H: Share and enjoy your sushi! (or have it as a to-go)
1830 H: Sayonara!
PRICE:
30 DKK for members of the Foulum Staff Club
60 DKK for non-members
Payment can be in cash or via mobilepay during the start of the class.
Deadline for the registration is latest Monday 18th June. There’s limited space for the class so it’s on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sign up as soon as you can! J
TRANSPORTATION:
Arrangements for those who will need a ride towards Viborg and Randers will be made during the class.
