Submission of a higher doctoral dissertation

The doctoral dissertation must be submitted digitally:

• the doctoral dissertation and all accompanying documents must be send to Aarhus BSS HR & PhD via email to [email protected]  

Together with the doctoral dissertation the following documents must be submitted:

1. summary in Danish and English
2. author’s declaration
3. co-author statement(s) if relevant 
4. a compressed account of the doctoral dissertation
5. documentation for the acquisition of a Master's degree or equivalent  

The above mentioned documents are described under format and language requirements.

The author will receive a written acknowledgement of receipt of the material.

The above is according to the rules as described in the Ministerial order on higher doctoral degrees.
