Invitation to the summer party at Arts
PLEASE NOTICE NEW DEADLINE 6 JUNE
The faculty invites all employees - i.e. administrative and academic staff members - at Arts to the summer party on June 15th.
The party is held simultaneously in Aarhus and in Emdrup. Thanks to video conferencing, during the party it will be possible to greet your colleagues on the other side of the Great Belt.
The party in Aarhus will take place in a tent at Kasernen - in Emdrup the festivities will take place in Festsalen.
Programme
- At 3 pm
The party begins - From 3.30 to 4 pm
Item 1, Aarhus-Emdrup video conference: the dean's speech and a musical feature - From 5 to 6 pm
Item 2, Aarhus-Emdrup video conference: entertainment across the country (Teatersport by ALT PÅ ET BRÆT) - At 6 pm
Dinner - At 9 pm
