Budget assistance at Arts and Aarhus BSS Finance includes assistance with setting up in the correct budget template, sparring about the budget including the amounts allocated to specific activities, and compliance with the rules and guidelines of the relevant foundation.
During busy months, Arts and Aarhus BSS Finance prepare up to 200 application budgets. Arts and Aarhus BSS Finance provide help with application budgets to foundations not covered by the Research Support Office. These include Independent Research Fund Denmark, the Carlsberg Foundation, AUFF, the Novo Nordisk Foundation and the Velux Foundation. Different foundations have different deadlines, but the peak periods are in August-October and March-April.
