Workplace Assessment 2025: The survey is over – results are being followed up on locally
78 per cent of AU employees have answered the questionnaire for WPA 2025. When the results are ready, local follow-up work can start at the individual units.

Collection of responses to WPA 2025 is now over. In the next few weeks, Rambøll will analyse the responses received, and collate them in a number of reports for units at different levels of the organisation.
Employees will receive an email from Rambøll with a link to the reports on the APV portal on Monday, April 7, 2025.
Once the WPA reports have been prepared, focus will be on the local dialogue meetings. This is where employees will have an opportunity to discuss the results and contribute to the follow-up process, which will result in decisions about priorities and action areas to help ensure the right focus in day-to-day efforts to create a good work environment in individual units.
