Watch your inbox – WPA survey on its way
On Tuesday 25 February, you’ll receive an email from Rambøll with a personal link to AU’s 2025 workplace assessment (WPA) survey. By completing the survey, you’ll help to create a better work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
How happy are you at AU? How do you feel about the physical and psychological work environments at the university? These are key questions in the upcoming WPA survey, and your participation matters. The more people who respond, the more detailed our picture of staff well-being will be, and the better basis we’ll have for meaningful dialogue about what’s going well and where improvements may be needed.
The WPA is one of several tools used to maintain and improve the work environment at Aarhus University. In addition to the main questions, some faculties have included a small number of faculty-specific questions.
WPA 2025 will be conducted in collaboration with the consultancy firm Rambøll. You have until 12 March to complete the survey. Please encourage your colleagues to take part too!
