Circle U.’s Climate Day 2025: Do you want to contribute?

Climate and sustainability are in focus when Circle U. is hosting its very first Climate Day across the alliance in June 2025. Students and staff are encouraged to submit suggestions for activities.

Updated on 31 October 2024

5 June 2025 is not just the Danish Constitution Day, but also the UN’s World Environment Day. And the day of the Circle U. alliance's very first "Climate Day" across the nine member universities. The Climate Day is targeted at students and staff and zooms in on sustainability, climate change, and solutions to the climate challenges that society require.

The Climate Day will feature activities across the alliance in the form of online or hybrid panel discussions, lectures, workshops, etc. It will also be possible to hold physical events and activities for students and staff at the individual universities.

Participate with your own event

Staff and students at  AU who would like to spend their Constitution Day focusing on the climate are encouraged to contribute with their own ideas for activities.

If you have an idea for an event or activity on Climate Day – online, hybrid, or in-person at AU – please submit it by November 22 by using this registration form.
