If you need to increase your credit limit, you must as the card holder submit a request for this via the link to the right after which your application will automatically be sent for approval by the individual authorised to approve applications for the applicable Location Code.
If you change your employment location and wish to keep your AU credit card, please use the link to the right. This information will automatically be sent for approval by the individual authorised to approve applications for the new Location Code.
If you no longer need your AU credit card, please use the link to the right. Information concerning resignation must be submitted before the credit card is cancelled.
If your credit card has been destroyed or damaged, you can request a replacement credit card.
If your credit card has been lost or if another person has obtained knowledge of your pin code or if you suspect any other fraud with the card, you must, as soon as possible, initiate blocking of the card by calling SEB Kort at tel. (+45) 36 73 71 00 who can be reached 24 hours a day. You can also use the Eurocard app to block the credit card.
