If you are not supposed to be registered as the manager of a currently assigned employee, you can update the employee by assigning the correct manager yourself.
You can also change the employee’s registered SDD Manager to someone else.
This is done via the “Change Assignment” action in mitHR, after which the employee will be correctly placed in the organizational chart.
When a person is assigned as a manager for an employee, that person will immediately gain access to the employee’s employment information, absence data, and will be assigned as approver of the employee’s vacation and absence in cases where self-service is used.
