Dialogue cards: Close personal relationships
What are these cards for?
The dialogue cards have been designed by AU HR to facilitate dialogue about close personal relationships at AU and how to handle such situations and relationships.
How to print the dialogue cards:
The cards must be printed in A3 and on both sides of the paper.
How to use the cards:
Pick a card and read the case/situation described on it. Answer the questions:
- What do you think?
- Do you see conflicts of interest, issues of impartiality/conflict of interest or anything else that you think is important to consider?
- Do you think the situation calls for action? And if so, what action?
The other members of the group contribute their thoughts and proposals for relevant action.
You can use the blank cards to compose your own cases/situations of relevance to your unit.
