Prior to the admission of new PhD students, a complete PhD financing plan must be in place. For this purpose, please use the financing plan (Excel spreadsheet) below (applies only to TECH). The financing plan must be filled in by the project manager (PL) in cooperation with the project economist (PØ). Next, the financing plan must be approved by the head of department (IL) or a member of staff authorized to do so.
The supervisor will forward the approved financing plan – together with the project description – to GSTS, PØ and the chairman of the department’s PhD committee.
