Fitness class with Birthe Houbak every Tuesday from 1 February to 29 March

Birthe Houbak guides you through one our of fitness training for your stomach and back. Everyone can participate. Fitness will be every Tuesday until the 29 March If you are working from home, you can still participate through Teams. Focused training of the back for everyone who wants to strengthen their back and prevent injuries. 
We do fitness with pump rods, kettlebells, weights, elastics and balls to ensure a varied training. We also do classic exercises for the back and stomach. Each session is wrapped up with stretching and relaxing exercises. 

For everyone's best interest Birthe encourages everyone to keep the good habits in regards to hygiene and for everyone to wipe down the exercise equipment with disinfectant after each session. 

The class will be in the auditorium from 15.30 - 16.30 on Tuesdays, starting on Tuesday the 1 february and running until the 29 March
